- Refund and Exchange for Damaged Products: We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged during delivery, rest assured, we’ll provide a refund or exchange. Please note that this policy applies exclusively to orders within India. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for international orders at this time.
- Return Policy: Your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a generous 3-day return policy for all unused, unworn, and products in their original condition. No questions asked. However, please bear in mind that we reserve the right to process refunds only after meticulously inspecting the returned goods, which may take 3-4 weeks. Additionally, any shipping charges paid at the time of placing your order are nonrefundable in the event of a return.
- Missing Items in Return Orders: Should any items be missing from your return order, we may need to deduct an amount equivalent to the full Manufacturer’s Recommended Price (MRP) of the missing product from your refund amount. This ensures fairness and transparency in our refund process.
- Replacement & Exchange: Need a different size or color? No problem. You can request a replacement or exchange for your order under the same conditions applicable to returns. Rest assured, we’ll dispatch your replacement promptly after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.
- Return Process: Initiating a return is easy. Simply log in to our website or app and navigate to the return section, or reach out to our dedicated Customer Support team for personalized assistance. Once you’ve submitted your return request, please ensure your availability for the reverse pick-up and respond promptly to calls from our delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the pick-up, necessitating the re-initiation of the process.
- Empty Parcel or Missing Product: While such instances are rare, we understand they can be concerning. In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or discover a missing product, please notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite your request, we’ll require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel. Please note that insufficient evidence or signs of tampering may impact the outcome of your claim, as the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.
